RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item was used, damaged, or in poor condition upon delivery.
• You received the wrong size or the size wont fit.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

• The item must be returned in the condition it was received.
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Clear photos showing the issue must be provided.

Exchanges & Refunds:

• If your return is approved, you may choose between an exchange or a refund.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method only if you decide not to receive an exchange.

Returns Not Accepted:

• If the item does not meet our return criteria, a refund or exchange will not be issued. You may opt to have the item sent back to you at your own shipping cost.
