REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy below for full transparency on our process:

We do not offer cash refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original branded packaging intact.

Items that are used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange.
ONLINE ORDERS – SIZE EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size:

You must courier the original item back to us at your own expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product.

The customer is responsible for both return and re-shipment courier charges associated with the exchange.
We do not offer pickup services for exchanges at this time.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within:

3 days of purchase (for in-store customers), or
-
3 days of delivery (for online orders).
COD ORDERS
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above PKR 20,000, we may request a partial advance payment or security deposit before order confirmation.
